Many of my clients are generally doing well in life but want a place to slow down and think more intentionally about what’s happening in their relationships or the direction their life is heading.
Some people come in because they’ve started noticing patterns in their dating or relationships that they want to understand more clearly. Others are thinking through larger decisions or transitions — things like career shifts, where to live, whether to stay in or leave a relationship, or what they want the next phase of life to look like.
Many of the people I work with simply want a dedicated time each week to reflect, process experiences, and talk things through with someone outside their immediate circle. Often they’re already fairly self-aware adults who have thought a lot about their lives but want a space to sort through their ideas with someone trained to listen for patterns and perspectives they might not see on their own.
